RESEARCH EXPERIENCES
Internship at the Department of Life Science and Biotechnology, Section of Biology and Evolution University of Ferrara, Ferrara, Italy, for the preparation of experimental thesis for bachelor degree, working on genetic variability, compared with linguistic variability, in human native South Americans population, Tutor Dr. Silvia Fuselli 2.1.10-12.10.10

Internship at the Department of Medical Science, Section of Microbiology and Medical Genetics, University of Ferrara, Ferrara, Italy, for the preparation of the experimental thesis for master degree, working on human myoblast of Duchenne’s patient, treated with Prednisolone and oligoribonucleotide antisense, Tutor Dr. Selvatici Rita 7.3.11-19.12.12

January 2014 - October 2015 work on cells cancer culture of breast and melanoma, transected with microRNA mimics and treated with drugs. Do analysis in cells cycle and apoptosis assay (cytofluorimetrics analysis with MUSE), proliferation assay (MTS), migration and invasion assay (Wound Healing, Excelligens) and target protein (Western Blot).

November 2015 – present I’m working on bioinformatic analysis on dataset of various type of cancer analyzed with Affymetrix chip. I’m search for new non coding RNA involved in cancer.
